Mediation Services:
Mediations can be scheduled for either a half-day session (four hours) or a full-day session (eight hours). Half-day mediations are scheduled from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm or 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Full-day mediations are scheduled from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Fee Schedule:
Half day mediation: $750.00 /party
Full day mediation: $1500.00 /party
For half day mediations, if the mediation exceeds four hours, there will be an additional hourly charge of $150.00 per hour per party.
For mediations exceeding two parties, please contact me as rates may be negotiable based upon the nature and complexity of issues involved.
*Please note that the mediation fee should not present an obstacle to the mediation process and I am willing to work with the parties to establish a fee that encourages mediation.
